Dairy Farming in Israel - What the UK can learn from Israel's success
Fergus Hannon, Tyndale Vets

In a country renowned for its world leading high-tech sector, Israeli dairy farmers have proven to be just as innovative in their approach to intensive milk production in extreme conditions - from farming beside the Gaza Strip to farming 400 metres below sea level.  We will discuss the challenges facing Israeli farmers and the country as a whole.

Fergus graduated from University College Dublin in 2013 and has worked in farm practice in the UK for the past six years.
