Grazing Mentors Farm Walk

Grazing Mentors Farm Walk

The BGS Grazing Mentors project, funded by the Prince's Countryside Fund, has been running since 2016. The project provides free one-to-one grazing mentoring that focuses on setting goals and problem solving within a specific farm situation.

To find out more about the project we would like to invite you to the farm of mentees Duncan and Sarah Howie.  They will explain how it helped them when converting their 300 cow dairy herd to autumn block calving from an all-year-round pattern.  Their mentor, Matthew Ingram, will be present to explain his role in the project.
