NWD Liming Event

NWD Liming Event

Thursday, September 12, 2013

The British Grassland Society will be bringing you a Nutrient Wise Demo at Duchy College on the 25th of September.

The Demo will be focuesed on the importance of liming and different liming materials presented by Louise Davison and Lois Philipps of the British Grassland Society.

The correct pH is an important  factor in nutrient utilisation and maintaining good soil structure, a soil pH of 6.0-6.5 is the ideal pH for both. We will be going through how to diagnose your pH, when and how to soil test, and how to remedy the problem through the use of different liming materials.

For more information and to book your place, email Louise at louise@britishgrassland.com

The Nutrient Wise Demos are funded by RDPE funding
