Summer Meeting 2022
There are a number of different booking options for the Summer Meeting in Northern Ireland.
Please read the following information before booking your ticket.
Full meeting delegate (with or without accommodation)
The full delegate package, with accommodation for three nights (Sun, Mon, Tues), covers all farm tours, lunch and evening meals (not Sunday), and bed and breakfast accommodation. The price is lower for those sharing a room.
For accompanying person who do not wish to go on the farm visits, the package includes three nights bed and breakfast accommodation, and the Gala Dinner on Monday evening. No other meals are included.
There are also options available for those who would like to attend the farm visits but who do not require accommodation. These delegates will be provided with lunch, but can also opt to attend both the Gala Dinner on Monday and the BBQ at Hillsborough on Tuesday.
Day delegates
Options are available for day delegates on each of the three days. Day delegates will be provided with lunch on farm. Evening meal tickets can be purchased separately.
Travel to farms – to comply with farm biosecurity and public health requirements, all day delegates are required to travel on organised coaches. There will be dedicated pick-up points on all three days.
Monday – coaches will leave the hotel at 8.30 am and will leave the pick-up point at Lisburn Sprucefield Park & Ride (BT27 5RA) at 9.00 am prompt
Tuesday – coaches will leave the hotel at 8.00 am and will leave the pick-up point at Ballygawley Park & Ride (BT70 2LT) at 9.15 am prompt
Wednesday – coaches will leave the hotel at 9.00 am and will leave the pick-up point at Greenmount College (BT41 4PS) at 9.00 am prompt

Discounts on tickets are available for members of the following societies:
- British Grassland Society (BGS)
- Ulster Grassland Society (UGS)
- Fermanagh Grassland Club (FGC)
- Irish Grassland Association (IGA)
N.B. Member rates are valid for up to 2 family members or business staff.
