Over the last five years, AHDB Dairy’s Research Partnership has been undertaking projects focused on feed efficiency and sustainability, optimising cow performance through health & welfare and creating a positive image for dairy farming. Farmers will get the chance to hear how the latest research from AHDB can help their farm. The day will consist of a number of presentations from leading scientists on topics of importance to levy papers and their staff. There will be plenty of opportunity to engage with the experts and ask them questions on breeding and new genetic indexes, practical calf housing, low protein rations and tackling lameness.
