Meetings and activities: Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month from October until March starting at 8 pm. Meetings are held at The Grange, Grange Moor, Huddersfield WF4 4DX. The society also holds a Summer Day Trip on the first Thursday in May.

Name of society: Whitby Dairy Discussion Group

Meetings and activities: Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from October until April starting at 7.45 pm. Meetings are held at The Stables at Cross Butts, Guisborough Road, Whitby YO21 1TL.
The society has two competitions per year (a silage competition in December and a grass ley competition in May). They also have a summer tour in June.
